    The Masters programme in English at NISA accommodates the varied interests of students pursuing graduate study in English, including literary and cultural studies. It is a two years programme which is affiliated with the University of the Punjab, Lahore. English being recognized as an international language needs to be given much more significance in the smaller cities across the country. As literature is the mirror to life with the purpose to instruct & delight. NISA has conducted this degree programme with the aim to be the pre-eminent intellectual and creative center for effective engagement in a world that increasingly demands, better desired objects, communication system and students to meet social challenges. For those who se primary objective is secondary school teaching the Masters programme provides the opportunity to be in literary and writing studies along with selected course work oriented to pedagogy. Masters in English is a good option for students seeking professional advancement in any field involving writing and communication research, the arts or administration. Our competent faculty focuses on the four basic skills through lectures, oral presentations and audio visual aids. It is followed by the strict testing system, the keenly scrutinized revision phases and parent/teacher meetings.

    While psychology is a popular subject a lot of people are not aware of many elements of this broad and fascinating subject.
